Abengoa Mexico, since its foundation, establishes as a commitment that its products, services, systems and processes should always be oriented to full customer satisfaction.

The current Common Management System is installed in Abengoa in 1997, and it is formed around a group of obligatory internal standards to unify the management of the member companies. It took its chances with the implementation of Quality Systems, in the whole set of members of the group, as a strategic objective, beyond all certifications.

This system establishes as an essential behavior component the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems according to the ISO 9001:2008. Those systems are based in a solid leadership from the management that contributes with formation and supplies the necessary resources to every person member of the group, so they can contribute with continuous improvement from their daily activities based on the following points:

  • Using rationally resources as well as preventing and minimizing errors through the application of continuous improvement programs and establishing objectives and goals.
  • Promoting the active and responsible involvement of the whole people in the organization, and providing an appropriate permanent formation, that allows participation in the continuous improvement process of the System.
  • Promoting teamwork and sharing the necessary information in order to improve the quality level of all our activities.
  • Following the currently valid legislation and to fulfill any other commitment that the company sign.
  • Boosting innovation, new ideas, new methods, and the update of resources, indispensable elements for the continuous improvement process, from which outcomes are projected for customer and employee satisfaction and the improvement of economic results.
